What time do I need to call to get same-day delivery?
Call as early in the day as you can for the best chance at same-day delivery. Later calls can still go out the same day depending on the route, and otherwise you're scheduled first the next morning.
Is there an extra charge for same-day service?
No — same-day delivery within our normal service area is priced the same as a scheduled order. It's our standard way of operating, not an upcharge.
Can you do a same-day swap on an active jobsite?
Yes — a full container can be picked up and an empty one dropped in the same visit, called in that morning rather than set on a recurring schedule. Common on active construction sites.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Call anytime during those hours and we'll do our best to get you on the schedule the same day.
Can I get a same-day dumpster if it has to go in the street, not on private property?
Usually not the same day — public street and sidewalk placement generally needs a temporary City of Bakersfield Public Works permit processed first, which takes longer than a driveway or private-property drop. Tell us up front if a driveway spot isn't an option.
